She brings decades of experience supporting underwriting operations, improving processes, and ensuring quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance within complex insurance organizations.

Throughout her career, Karen has led enterprise level initiatives focused on standardizing workflows, strengthening quality controls, and driving continuous improvement through collaboration, data analysis, and change management. She is known for her thoughtful leadership style, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management from Regis University, and is licensed for property & casualty insurance in both California and Colorado.
