Rebecca (Becky) Starr is our VP of Human Resources and Office Manager who has been working with United Agencies since 1987. Becky has participated in all aspects of insurance (commercial, personal, benefits and accounting) and continues to hold her Property and Casualty license. She’s now involved and loves assisting our employees. Becky encourages them to enrich their education and knowledge, being sure they enjoy all the benefits our firm provides and keeps up with the latest employment laws and requirements. Additionally, Becky assists the Benefits department by managing the COBRA unit. She’s committed to helping our client’s COBRA participants in what can be a difficult and stressful time in their lives. What’s better than a golden retriever? Becky has 2 golden retrievers! When not chasing after the dogs and dog hair, she enjoys gardening and travel. She has been to all 50 states, but California’s sierra mountains and central coast are among some of her favorite places.
