Please join us on Thursday, April 20, 2023 (PDT) at 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM for a very important webinar event entitled, “California’s New Pay Transparency Requirements - Your Compliance Roadmap.”

With the enactment of SB 1162, California has joined the growing list of state and local jurisdictions that are requiring pay scale information to be included in job postings and provided to current employees upon request, among other requirements. This is a new requirement for California employers effective January 2023 and raises a host of compliance questions and challenges.

Is Your Company in Compliance? Nicole Golob from Fisher Phillips will assist you to learn statutory requirements for this new law and to discuss tips and best practices for compliance.
