Sabrina Baker is the CEO of Acacia HR Solutions, a human resource consulting firm focused on the startup and small business space. Sabrina spent 11 years in corporate HR roles before experiencing a layoff, while on maternity leave, in 2010. After the layoff Sabrina decided to start her own firm taking all of her enterprise level HR experience and applying it to smaller organizations.

 

 

Sabrina is driven by the idea that small businesses can grow and thrive through and for their people. Acacia HR Solutions has 5 employees throughout the US and works with clients globally. Sabrina moved from the Midwest to LA with her husband and son in 2014. After moving she founded DISRUPTHRLA and co-founded HR Hackathon LA, events geared towards changing the way HR professionals think about their work.
